The brand BXV (Be Xtreme Versatile) is owned by GX Versatile Enterprises, At GX Versatile Enterprises we are committed to providing reliable and convenient scooter rental services to our valued customers. We understand that situations may arise where a refund may be required. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued, the process to request a refund, and your rights as a customer.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
A. Scooter Return within Eligible Timeframe
- If a rented scooter is returned within 3 months of the start date due to dissatisfaction, or personal reasons, a no refund will be initiated.
- If the scooter is returned after 3 months but without any major damage, a partial refund of Rs.1000 will be approved, depending on the circumstances.
- Scooters returned or recovered due to non rental payment or overdues, the customer will not be eligible for a refund unless there are exceptional technical issues.
B. Subscription Cancellation Due to Technical Issues
- If you have subscribed to a quarterly rental plan and are unable to continue usage due to verified technical faults or non-performance of the scooter, you may:
- Get a full refund if the issue arises within the first 3 days of subscription.
- Receive a pro-rata refund (amount based on remaining days) if the issue arises after the first 3 days but within the valid subscription period.
- Get a full refund if the issue arises within the first 3 days of subscription.
C. Unavailability of Scooter After Booking
- In rare cases where a scooter is unavailable after successful booking/payment, a 100% refund will be issued within 7 working days.
D. Duplicate Payment or Transaction Error
- If a user is mistakenly charged more than once for the same booking, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Late returns, misuse, or damage caused by the customer.
- Subscription cancellations due to user relocation or change in personal plans, unless valid technical issues are reported.

3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at gxvservice@gmail.com or use the “Help/Support” number 8168883633 to call within 24 hours of the issue.
- Provide your Driver ID & Chassis Number, reason for refund, photos (if needed), and contact details.
- Our support team will respond within 2 business days and complete the refund process within 5–7 business days, if eligible.
4. Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment used during the booking.
- In cases of wallet credits or coupon-based refunds, the amount will be added back to the user’s BXV App wallet.
5. Rights Reserved
GX Versatile Enterprises reserves the right to refuse a refund if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or violation of our terms of service. Each case is evaluated based on booking history and system logs.
