To rent a scooter, you’ll need to provide valid identification and proof of address. Please note: Cash payments are strictly not allowed under any circumstances for any rental plans or services—all payments must be made through official channels only.
Before proceeding with any payment, we strongly encourage you to read this agreement thoroughly. It outlines the legally binding terms and conditions for using our services and includes important information that may impact your rights, including limitations on future legal claims.
By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree to fully comply with all the guidelines set by BXV a brand by GX Versatile Enterprises. Without your acceptance, we will not be able to rent a scooter to you.
If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, we kindly ask that you do not proceed with the rental.

Be Xtreme Versatile (also referred as BXV) is proud to offer electric bikes, scooters, and two-wheelers for rent, along with efficient last-mile delivery solutions.
As a Rider, you’ve shown interest in using our services by filling out the online booking form with your contact and address details, and by uploading (or agreeing to submit) valid identity proof and other required documents. You’ve also selected your preferred scooter (the “Scooter”) and chosen a rental plan through our Website, confirming your understanding of the Website rates and charges. Please note, all vehicles provided under this agreement are covered under an insurance policy that includes protection against risks as specified in the policy.
This document, along with any updates, additional terms, policies, and guidelines, forms the Rental Agreement between you (the Rider) and us (BXV). By using our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
BXV, operated by GX Versatile Enterprises (“we”, “our”, or “us”), reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Agreement at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on our website or Website (collectively referred to as the “Website”). Your continued use of our services after such updates means you accept and agree to the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must immediately stop using our services.
We strongly encourage you to review the Agreement regularly. Please note: every time you rent a Scooter through the Website, the most recent version of this Agreement will Websitely.
1. Overview of Services
BXV offers a range of services under its Rental Plan (as displayed on the Website), designed to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and eco-friendly ride experience. Here’s what you get as part of our services:
- Self-Service Scooter Rentals
Access BXV’s automated, self-serve system to rent electric scooters with up to 100 km range per charge, powered by two batteries—performance may vary based on usage and conditions.
- B2B Scooter Rental Services
The Business can lease the scooter in bulk for its business logistics purposes for which they can hire a driver to operate the leased scooters.
- Maintenance & Repairs
Enjoy peace of mind with running maintenance and repair services, as outlined in this agreement.
- 24/7 Roadside Assistance
Get help anytime, anywhere with our around-the-clock support for unexpected situations.
- Additional Resources
Includes other relevant tools, support staff, and information provided by BXV to enhance your rental experience.
These services are available only within the city or location where you initiate the scooter rental (your “Rental Location”).
By renting a Scooter, you understand and accept the following:

- Ownership of the scooter remains with BXV at all times. You are granted only the right to use the vehicle during the rental period, under the BXV brand.
- You are the sole renter and user of the Scooter. If you are not subscribed to a B2B plan then you must not permit others to operate the scooter you’ve rented.
- Only individuals 18 years or older are eligible to rent. All riders must comply with local traffic and regulatory laws.
- Any misrepresentation of age or eligibility will result in full liability—for both you and your legal guardian—for any damages, legal claims, or penalties arising from such misrepresentation.
- Ownership of the scooter remains with BXV at all times. You are granted only the right to use the vehicle during the rental period, under the BXV brand.
All services are provided subject to scooter availability and your continued compliance with these terms.
Fees & Payment Policy
By using our services, you agree to rent a BXV scooter under the selected Rental Plan, and we agree to provide it to you in accordance with the terms outlined here. All rental fees are clearly listed on our KYC document, and are subject to GST, applicable sales taxes, and local government charges. These charges may change from time to time at our discretion. Please note: Rental rates may vary by location, and the final pricing will be visible on the website at the time you begin your rental.
Payment & Security Deposit
When renting a Scooter, the total rental fee (see Clause 4 for details) must be paid upfront as per your chosen Rental Plan. Additionally, a Security Deposit will be required at the time of booking.
All payments—including Rent Fee, Security Deposit, service costs, repair charges, or mechanic fees—must be made via the cash, UPI or Net Banking.
Rental Balance & Rental Continuity
It’s important to keep your rental balance above the minimum Security Deposit at all times. If your balance drops below the required level, BXV reserves the right to:
- Immediately terminate your rental
- Remotely lock the scooter
All due payments will be charged to you via digital payments or cash collection, If any charges fail, we may initiate appropriate collection procedures.
By proceeding with the rental, you agree to bear all collection costs if payments are not made when due. To avoid disruptions, always ensure your you pay before due date.
Rider’s Responsibility & Commitments
By using BXV services, you acknowledge and agree to the following responsibilities:
1. Time-Bound Usage
Our services offer scooters for a limited duration based on the Rental Plan you selected. You must strictly adhere to the rental time. If a scooter is not returned within 2 hours after the rental period ends, it will be considered lost or stolen, and BXV reserves the right to remotely lock the vehicle.
2. Full Responsibility During Rental
Once the scooter is rented, you are fully responsible for its care and safety until it is returned. In the event of damage, theft, impoundment, or loss, you will be held financially liable for repairs, recovery, or full replacement—including any accessories. If the scooter is not recovered, you must compensate for the full cost.
3. Immediate Reporting Required
Any damage, loss, or theft must be reported immediately through the BXV support number (8168883633) or by email (gxvservices@gmail.com) . Charges for repairs will be determined solely by BXV or our authorized partners, excluding normal wear and tear.
4. Payment Authorization
You give BXV full permission to charge any applicable fees—including repair or replacement costs. If you wish to dispute a charge, you must do so within 24 hours of receiving the payment statement.
5. Scooter Use Restrictions
Scooters can only be used within the approved geographic areas. Use of a scooter by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. If an account is created or used on behalf of a minor, the account holder assumes full responsibility for any misuse, legal consequences, or damages resulting from unauthorized use.
Rental Subscriptions
When you choose a subscription plan through the BXV Website or manual KYC process, the rental fee (or subscription fee) is charged upfront. Please note that we reserve the right to update or change subscription fees at any time, and these changes may not include price protection or refunds if rates drop later or promotional offers become available elsewhere.
Billing & Activation
Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each term. Once your payment (including rental fee and security deposit) is complete and services are available in your area, you can begin renting as per the schedule outlined in the Website.
Changes & Cancellations
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel subscription plans at any time, with prior notice. You may also choose to cancel your subscription at any point. However, please note:
No refunds will be issued for unused days or mid-term cancellations. Any payments already made will be non-refundable.
Security Deposit
Your security deposit is refundable at the end of your subscription up to ₹1000, subject to deductions for service costs, repair fees, or mechanic charges as outlined in the agreement.

Scooter Inspection, Usage, Renewal & Return Guidelines
Before starting your ride, you agree to inspect and approve the condition of the scooter provided. As the rider, you’re fully responsible for taking due care of the vehicle during your rental period. This includes being liable for any loss, damage, theft, or unexplained disappearance beyond normal wear and tear.
Pre-Ride Safety Checklist
For your safety and the scooter’s condition, you must complete a quick visual check before riding:
- Ensure wheels are properly aligned
- Test brakes and lights for proper function
- Check if the frame is in good condition
- Confirm battery charge is sufficient
- Look for visible damage, unusual wear, or mechanical issues
If you notice any problems before or during your ride, do not use the scooter. Instead, notify our support team immediately by calling the share contact details on the Website to report any issues. You can also report defects after your ride through the Website’s or WhatsApp message post-ride feedback option.
Secure Usage & Return Responsibility
If you leave the scooter unattended during your rental, you must lock it using the key to protect against theft. At the end of your rental period, the scooter and any accessories or equipment provided must be returned in the same condition they were issued, aside from normal wear and tear.
Scooters should be returned to a designated BXV Hub or another approved return location as specified in the Website. Returns made outside of permitted locations may incur additional fees, which will be deducted from your BXV Wallet.
Late Returns & Penalties
If you fail to return the scooter immediately after your rental ends, BXV will initiate a remote lock. The scooter can only be unlocked once you submit a return request to the correct location. Late returns are subject to penalty charges at double the daily rental rate until the vehicle is returned and checked.
